Acid free archival paper. Section or Smyth sewn. Frontispiece by Robert Wisneiwski. A special message for the first edition by author. Laid in complimentary presentation note for the Aspen Institute Annual Meeting. Hand-signed by the author This is a tight book and in near new condition. The covers are clean, have sharp corners, and no fade. The bottom edge of the back cover has a small scuff. The pages have no tears or writing of any kind and there is no bookplate. The text block gilt is bright with minor marks.
