Obviously used.Very minor corner bumping and wear to head and foot of spine from being shelved and unshelved in my Mom's kitchen. Decorative Cloth illustrated boards. My Mom and Dad lived in Warrenton, VA, were friends with congressmen and their wives (active and retired). Not sure how many copies of this book were signed by Mrs. Johnson who wrote the forward.
